In total Flat Susan will visit and stay with 36 people before she returns home. Yes, thirty six! That's a lot of travelling for such a tiny person. Flat Susan Arrives in Cape Town, South Africa

Flat Susan has arrived on the next leg of her journey to stay with Bella.
Flat Susan arrived this morning on my desk in Cape Town, South
Africa, in her perfectly crafted suitcase, together with passport and first aid kit (for emergencies you know...)
As you can see she was exhausted from her journey from Scotland and was resting in her "bed".  I have however made her a chair for my desk, which I have placed on a "pedestal" with her name on so she is easy to spot for Wednesdays post of WOYWW and so she has a good view of the goings on on my desk which has a serious case of "shove out the way" clean up status below!

As a good host, I will be taking her out and about in my city to show her around some of the most beautiful vistas in the world (that's my opinion any way)  I leave you to be the judge of that later!

    Hi Bella, so glad Flat Susan has arrived safely in South Africa ... I did worry about letting her go all that way. She is going to just love that chair, it's almost a queenly throne ... being able to survey everything that is going on will suit her just fine :) I'm sure you are going to have fun times while she is with you and I look forward to seeing those vistas. In the meantime, I miss Flat Susan and can only say 'haste ye back'. Elizabeth xx

    Oh, I'm so excited to see my good friend Susan again. I miss her so much after all my travels with her so say a big "Hi from Liverpool" to her from me.
    I love her new chair and I'm pleased to see that she can watch over your crafting form her vantage point.
